The Last of Us: Remastered has released in North America for the PlayStation 4 and has been showered with praise from nearly every quarter, despite being a remastered version of a one year old game. Along with releasing on retail, it’s also available to download on PlayStation Network in North America.
It will require roughly 45 GB of hard disk space and will take a good long while to download thanks to those high resolution textures. You can opt to download the multiplayer first which is only 8 GB. You can find the game on the PS Store or in the What’s New section on your PS4.
Currently, The Last of Us: Remastered is available in a few regions though you can expect greater availability in the coming hours. The game will be out tomorrow in Europe and on August 1st for the United Kingdom, so you can count on it being available for download there within a few days of its retail release date.
