The Medium

Bloober Team are on the cusp of launching what’s looking to be one of their most ambitious and interesting horror games to date. When The Medium launches later this month, it’ll be bringing its Silent Hill-inspired brand of horror to players, and to give us a taste of what the game will have in store for us, Bloober Team have released an extensive gameplay demo.

The demo contains a meaty 14 minute chunk of gameplay, showing off some of the spooky environments you’ll be traversing, showing glimpses of the puzzles and exploration, and, of course, the dual reality mechanic that seems to be the game’s USP. It’s looking really interesting, to say the very least. Check it out below.

The Medium is out for the Xbox Series X/S and PC on January 28. As of now, Bloober Team has no plans to bring the game to PS5.

You can get more details on the game through our interview with producer Jacek Zieba through here.
