Gorgeous open world action adventure The Pathless is out on November 12th. Annapurna Interactive announced the same in a new trailer and confirmed that it would arrive on November 12th for PS5, PS4, PC via the Epic Games Store and Apple Arcade. Check out the brief trailer below which sees the Hunter readying to battle a giant beast.
Developed by Giant Squid, who worked on the excellent Abzu, The Pathless is about a Hunter and her eagle who venture to a strange island. The world is currently suffering due to a curse and it’s up to the duo to halt. On the island, they’ll venture through dark forests, ruins with puzzles and battle spirits that have been corrupted.
On PS5, The Pathless will take advantage of the Tempest Engine to divide the different sounds of each biome into individual sources. This allows for areas to feel more unique. For more details on the gameplay, check out this walkthrough from the developer.
