The Quarry

Supermassive Games and 2K’s Until Dawn spiritual successor The Quarry is just over a couple of weeks away from launch, and ahead of its imminent release, new details on the game are continuing to emerge. Those who’re looking forward to playing it on PC can now see what kind of a rig they’ll require, courtesy of the system requirements posted on the game’s Steam page

On minimum settings, The Quarry will need either an FX 8350 or an i5 3570, along with either a GTX 780 or a Radeon RX 470, an 8 GB of RAM. On recommended settings, things get a little bit more demanding. You’ll need either a Ryzen 7 3800 XT or an i9 10900K, along with either an RTX 2060 or a Radeon RX 5700, and 16 GB of RAM. On either setting, you’ll also need about 50 GB of free storage space, so clearly this is going to be a beefy game.

The Quarry launches on June 10 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is said to last 10 hours on average, but with 186 different endings when you take all different variations into account and several additional modes to experience, it seems like it’s going to have plenty on offer to keep players occupied.
