Frogwares and publisher Bigben Interactive have been doling out chunky gameplay videos of their upcoming horror mysteri semi-open world title The Sinking City for a while now. From its tentacle-ridden Cthulhu horrors to the title’s investigation-centric gameplay, the developers have showed plenty of the upcoming title.

Now, they’ve released a new video showing a solid 12 minutes of gameplay, featuring more investigations, traversal around the game’s bleak city, interactions with many NPCs, searching for clues, and more. The visuals are looking solid enough as well, especially when you take the distinctive art design into account. It’s looking pretty good all in all- of course, that doesn’t mean the final game will be just as good, but for now, it at least looks promising. Take a look below.

The Sinking City launches on June 27 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. About a couple months back, the developers released another trailer that focused on the Mind Palace-centric gameplay elements we’ll be dabbling with in the title. Take a look through here.
