Gearbox Software has released a new update for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands which is available for Xbox and PlayStation platforms along with PC via the Epic Games Store. It’s relatively small and addresses crashes that Xbox players have been facing during Fast Travel. The particle effects were apparently an issue so they’ve been lowered to ensure less strain on the consoles.
It’s unknown what the update has to offer for PlayStation and PC so stay tuned for any patch notes. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands released on March 25th for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Xbox One. It serves as a spin-off of the Borderlands franchise with a fantasy, Dungeons and Dragons-style motif akin to Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep.
As the Fatemaker, players embark on a quest to defeat the Dragon Lord. Along with six classes with their own unique Action Skills and skill trees, there’s the option to multi-class, wield powerful spells and melee weapons, and much more. More content will be coming post-launch via the Mirrors of Mystery, which include new levels and a tough new boss. Head here for more details.
We're putting out a quick update to Xbox consoles for @PlayWonderlands that will address some of the crashes that players have seen during Fast Travel. We've lowered those particle effects to reduce the strain on those consoles.
Please restart your game to benefit from changes!
