Respawn Entertainment community manager Abbie Heppe was at EA’s Gamescom press conference to talk about Titanfall and the upcoming third DLC map pack in the series. This will be the final map pack (at present) for the first person shooter and is called “IMC Rising”. Not many details were provided but there was a spiffy, live-action/CG trailer titled “Free the Frontier” that was also showcased. Check it out above.

Currently, Titanfall has two map packs – Expedition and Frontier’s Edge – each delivering three maps each. Respawn has released updates in the meantime to add new game modes like Marked for Death and features like the Black Market which allows you to earn credits during matches and purchase packs of Burn Cards.

We’ll have more information on Titanfall’s IMC Rising DLC as Respawn reveals it but what are your thoughts on the Free the Frontier video above? Let us know in the comments below.
