Tomb Raider Monastery Escape Gameplay Walkthrough: The Venerable Rollercoaster Ride

Crystal Dynamics is emphasizing the explosive action and adventure of the upcoming Tomb Raider to an insane degree. And the new gameplay walkthrough trailer of the Monastery Escape doesn’t pull you in, possibly nothing will.

Honestly, the sheer amount of gameplay and action on display here is ridiculous as Lara ducks, dodges and shoots her way into a monastery to rescue her friend before finally ducking out as awesomely as possible. There’s enough zip-lining and structural damage to make you believe that she’ll do anything but kill herself – maybe even that – to rescue her friends.

Tomb Raider will be the reboot to Crystal Dynamics popular franchise, and start out with a teenage Lara Croft as she rises to her rightful place as a raider of tombs and Nathan Drake-level mass murderer. It will also be the first game in the series to introduce multiplayer and will release on March 5th for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
