10. Psycho Mantis

This cosplayer managed to capture the tattoos and created the mask to live up to the standard worthy of Borderland’s Psycho. If you take a look at the mask closely, this guy has gone through some great lengths to really add detail to the mask. And it convinces me that if you put your mind to it anything can be possible.
