Spider-Man
Insomniac’s Spider-Man may seem like your archetypal open world action title. With plentiful side content, towers to unlock and random crimes to stop, you’re seemingly ticking off boxes on a checklist. However, the addition of Spider-Man is only one piece that makes this puzzle so great. Manhattan is its own entity, teeming with life and recreated in gorgeously faithful fashion. The story utilizes the same icons we’ve known over the years but still tugs at our heart-strings. Spider-Man invites you to “Be greater” and witness the world through the eyes of a super-hero. Surprising no one, it works amazingly.
