The Last of Us Part II Remastered
Another non-traditional horror on this rundown, you might think The Last of Us Part II is more action-adventure in flavour, but Naughty Dog’s post-apocalyptic zombie treks are ingrained in horror even if they’re not overtly scary. The Remaster’s hi-res visuals and enhanced audio sell the scares in the game’s set pieces and cutscenes though, none more so than in the hospital basement section with an encounter rivalling the scariest of Resident Evil’s monsters.
