#25. INFAMOUS SECOND SON

infamous second son

inFamous was much a much bigger deal at the beginning of the PS4’s life than it is right now, and as such, inFamous Second Son was a game many people were looking forward to. And while it wasn’t the early PS4 killer app many were hoping it would be, it was still a damn good game. On top of being an absolute visual spectacle early on in the console’s life cycle, it was also a joy to play, with Delsin being a pleasure to control both in combat and for traversal, both of which were also backed up thoroughly enjoyable mechanics. And while Second Son’s story failed to make much of a mark, there’s no denying that Delsin was an immediately more likeable protagonist than the dry and dreary Cole McGrath.
