Mordin Solus
This fast talking salarian scientist will crack you up every time he appears, and some of his moments- most notable when he signs and when he tells Shepard he would do him if he ever had sex with a human- are probably the most hilarious moments in video gaming industry. But he's not just comic relief. No, Mordin is also a badass warrior who does what he has to and doesn't let morals get in the way. His character has been developed brilliantly so far, and we're excited to see what ME3 holds for him.
