Final Fantasy VII was never going to be a Nintendo 64 game, but half the Internet is convinced otherwise

Before Final Fantasy VII was released, many of the previous games were released only for the Nintendo system. By the time all the six games were released, many gamers were used to the fact that Final Fantasy series was only a Nintendo exclusive. However when a video of Final Fantasy VI surfaced and showed characters brawling in 3D battles appeared online, many and I mean many people assumed that the game was going to be on the N64. However they were sadly mistaken as the game was in development for the PlayStation.
