Rat Man Den #7 (with hidden developer commentary)
This is one of those secrets which is quite cool, if you manage to take the effort to locate them. If you manage to break into this room, you will notice more murals, beans and mugs if you manage to take an extra special look at the mugs, you will find some interesting text. However if the player manages to turn on the developer commentary, you will hear some really funny stuff from the developers. And if you manage to find the secret button, then you will treated to a really annoying modem sound which decodes some really weird information cards, which gives some pretty interesting information.
