Trials Rising

The usual nonsense that comes with a Trials announcement was present at Ubisoft’s E3 2018 presser this year. It was followed by the announcement of RedLynx’s Trials Rising, a new Trials game that goes back to the tried and true racing/platforming approach that makes the series fun. You can wipe all those memories of Trials of the Blood Dragon away now.

Metropolitan locations, medieval castles, forests on fire and even Egypt are just a few locations that will find themselves crashing on. If nothing else, it’s a Trials game and looks pretty fun if you’re into its gameplay.

A number of different Trials community members have been involved with the game’s development. A closed beta will take place later this year with registrations now open.

Trials Rising will be releasing on February 2019 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It will also be heading to the Nintendo Switch, a first for the series.
