Capturing Physics Uncharted 4: A Thief's End When we sit down, relax, and get into our games we are brought up knowing there is a certain level of fiction we must put up with to enjoy our games. This is true for every game no matter who makes it. And Uncharted 4 is no exception. However, there are moments, ones that can often be larger than life or as small as an ant, that leave us with our jaw on the floor. Uncharted captures those tiny moments and really has us taken aback with the smallest items, objects, and even trinkets showing realistic physics based animations within this fantastical world. One moment showcases a normal, globe sitting upon a desk minding its own business. But when rattled from a vehicles slamming through the wall, actually shaking the room “forcing” said globe to spin around in a circle as if it felt the impact in real-time. It’s a beautiful thing when it’s not noticed. Because it’s too easy to notice when something that should happen doesn’t.
