Digital Extremes’ biggest update yet for Warframe is finally coming to consoles…on November 14th. This was confirmed in a new tweet by the developer so if you were hoping it would drop by this weekend, we feel your pain.

Plains of Eidolon launched in October for PC players and offered the first sprawling open world to explore in the game’s history. This was further augmented by changes to the Focus system, a new Warframe called Gara, new activities like mining and fishing, boss battles against enormous Teralysts and much more.

Of course, the update saw severe issues with bugs, its economy, insane amounts of grinding and whatnot. Digital Extremes has addressed a number of these with a constant stream of hotfixes that have been coming since Plains of Eidolon launched. If nothing else, PS4 and Xbox One players will get a much more refined experience next week compared to PC players.
