Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is out in the coming weeks, but depending on your platform of choice, it’s possible to pre-load it now. In its August Community Update, Saber Interactive confirmed that Xbox Series X/S players who pre-ordered the title (regardless of edition) can now pre-load it.
Gold or Ultra Edition owners on PS5 must wait until September 3rd, 11 AM UTC, to pre-load. Standard Edition owners can start pre-loading on September 7th at 4 PM UTC. For both platforms, you’ll need to wait until September 5th (the start of early access) or September 9th to start playing.
As for PC players, pre-loading isn’t available. The developer also confirmed the lack of ray tracing and HDR support, with wide-screen functionality coming later in September. Head here for more details.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 promises a 12-hour campaign, PvP, and co-op Operations when it launches next month. However, the fun doesn’t end there, as extensive post-launch support has been announced. Check out the roadmap here.
