Ubisoft Montreal’s open world hacking adventure Watch Dogs is finally available but along with it, Ubisoft has also announced that the ctOS Companion App for iOS and Android will be available today on iOS and Android.

The Companion App ties into the multiplayer aspect of the game, allowing mobile players to view another individual who is playing Aiden Pearce and to effectively combat him using police resources. You’ll be present in some one’s game as a police chopper and have the ability to lead cop cars to Aiden – who must race to the finish line to survive – or use the ctOS to stop him. You can detonate steam pipes, trigger road blocks and employ over 40 skills to defeat Aiden.

Expect to see the app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store later today. Have you picked up Watch Dogs yet? If so, how has your experience been thus far? Let us know in the comments
