Watch Dogs will be out next week for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC but the Wii U version has seemingly been delayed to later this year. Rumours indicate that it may be out this Autumn but thus far, Ubisoft hasn’t announced if this is really the case.

E3 2014 seems like a good place to confirm the Wii U version’s release date though. On being asked whether Watch Dogs Wii U would be at E3 and whether its release date would be revealed there, PR & Events Manager for Ubisoft Benelux Tessa Vilyn tweeted that, “Possibly…you’ll have to find out by watching it.”

That’s as good an indication as any that it will actually happen but grains of salt and whatnot.

Watch Dogs releases for other consoles and PC on May 27th. Thus far, the game has been leaked by retailers worldwide and impressions are intriguing to say the least. Have you played it? Let us know in the comments.
