A new Batman game being developed by Batman: Arkham Origins studio WB Games Montreal has been in the rumour mill for a while now, with leaks and speculation having popped up several times over the past year. And while an announcement for the game still hasn’t been made, some new information has arisen from what has, in the past, been a pretty credible source.

Over on Twitter, Sabi – a leaker with a prove track record who’s leaked multiple major announcements accurately in the recent past – says that WB Games Montreal’s new upcoming Batman game is going to be called Batman: Arkham Legacy, and also suggests that the game might allow players to play as multiple members of the Bat-family- the latter specifically would be in line with earlier speculation as well.

Given that this doesn’t come from official channels, it’s best to take this with a grain of salt for now, as it is with any leak, but as mentioned earlier, Sabi does have a pretty solid track record up until now. There’s also the fact that WB Montreal have dropped a couple of cryptic teases alluding to a new announcement in recent weeks, while other sources close to the project have also let the beans spill.

Either way, we’ll keep an eye out for any new info, so stay tuned for more updates.
