WolfEye Studios’ Weird West continues to look, well, weird and the latest gameplay interview showcases how. WolfEye co-founder Raphael Colantonio, who also served as creative director at Arkane Studios for Dishonored, offered some new details on the action RPG. Check it out below.

Along with new isometric gameplay, Colantonio also provided more details on the game itself. There are five different characters to play. How you play them is a little different – finishing the main quest with one character will see you move on to the next one. You’ll also be able to recruit followers, though they can die.

They can be revived but if you lack the necessary tools, then those same followers may come back later as undead. There will also be different modes to play including a permadeath mode. Weird West is currently in development for PC and will release in 2021. A demo is being planned for the release in the coming months so stay tuned.
