Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus Gets Some Rad Gameplay Footage

As you would expect from Wolfenstein, it is gloriously over the top.

Bethesda and Machine Games have shared some new gameplay footage of their upcoming sequel to 2014’s cult hit revival of id Software’s classic Wolfenstein franchise. Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus looks like it will take everything that worked about The New Order, and go bigger and better with it, and this new gameplay footage truly showcases that.

The footage shows off the intro (which shows us a wheelchair bound BJ), the Zitadelle Boss Battle, and the Roswell Chapter, showing us some gloriously over the top action and the kind of sharp action that made The New Order such a hit even among those who don’t usually buy into shooters.

You can check out the footage for yourself below- there’s almost an hour of it! Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus will launch on October 27 (which is becoming packed with pop culture events, to be honest) this year. It will be available on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
