Wolfenstein: Youngblood launches in just a couple of days, and to hype up the release of the next instalment in MachineGames’ Nazi-slaying saga, Bethesda have put out a new launch trailer for the game. It promises the kind of carnage and shooting action that we’ve come to expect from this series, while doing some very interesting setup for its story, and showing us glimpses of scenes with characters both new and old. Take a look below.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is technically a side-story, but it’s promising to be an interesting step forward for the series. It offers co-op gameplay, which the developers say has forced them to think non-linearly for both gameplay and narrative, while in spite of being a half-priced game, it’s still offering the largest Wolfenstein experience to date, with 25-30 hours of content. Meanwhile, there’s also some interesting RPG mechanics in play, while the game also promises a lighter tone in its storytelling.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is out on July 26 for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch- find out the pre-load and unlock times for the game on all platforms through here. Also check out the game’s system requirements on PC here.
