WWE 2k15

World Wrestling Entertainment has revealed that the cover star for its upcoming WWE 2K15 wrestling game, developed by Yuke’s and Visual Concepts, will be none other than John Cena. This was announced live on an episode of Monday Night RAW, one day after John Cena became the new WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The choice is interesting but not at all unexpected seeing as The Rock was last year’s cover star and that there are currently no other big names to fill the slot this year. CM Punk is gone, Daniel Bryan is out with a neck injury and many of the emerging younger talent are still too new for brand recognition.

Thus far, we don’t know much about WWE 2K15 other than that it will feature some new modes and improved graphics this time around due to being released for Xbox One and PS4 as well as Xbox 360 and PS3. What are your thoughts on Cena’s inclusion on the box? Let us know below.
