WWE 2K19 Receives Its First Screenshot At Last, Showing Off AJ Styles

Still no footage, but this will have to do, I guess.

While we have received a fair amount of information on WWE 2K19 so far, we haven’t actually seen any media for it depicting in-game gameplay footage or anything even close to that yet. That silence on this all-important aspect of the game broke today at last, as we finally got a gameplay screenshot for the game- hey, it’s not as good as a video, but it’s better than nothing.

World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles, who is also the cover athlete for the game, released this image himself, which is probably for the best, since he features rather prominently in it. In that it’s a picture of him in game. Again, this doesn’t tell us much about the game itself- at least we finally know what it looks like, I guess? That said, this is par for the course for WWE 2K games every year, so I am sure no fan is surprised, and most have just resigned themselves to this by now.

WWE 2K19 launches for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 9.
