The official Xbox Twitter account recently took to Twitter to apologize to fans about the recent Fable fiasco. Xbox recently tweeted that a surprise Fable reveal was due this week, and hinted that it could be something related to Playground’s upcoming Fable game.

Now, Xbox has revealed to fans that it doesn’t have anything to share about the game. Of course, many fans have been disappointed with the revelation, since the game has been relatively silent for quite some time now.

That being said, a lot of speculations have been running rampant regarding the surprise reveal. There have been claims that Compulsion Games will reveal what it’s working on. Meanwhile on a completely different note, it seems that Xbox might be planning to give fans a new look at Ninja Theory’s upcoming Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 during this year’s The Game Awards. A new report from Windows Central has also revealed some interesting details about Avowed, which could also be shown off at the stage as well.
