One day before the Xbox Series X/S launches worldwide, Microsoft will host what seems to be an event. It’s confirmed for New Zealand at 11 PM NZDT/9 PM AEDT. Whether we’ll see new reveals or just a whole bunch of gameplay for the current slate of launch titles remains to be seen. But it’s an exciting occasion all the same.

The Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are out on November 10th worldwide and retail for $499 and $299 respectively. While the former is meant for 4K/60 FPS gaming, the latter targets 1440p/60 FPS instead. The Xbox Series S also lacks a Blu-ray disc drive, making it a decent option for those interested in digital ownership.

Microsoft has detailed a number of titles which will be playable on Xbox Series X/S next month – you can check them all out here. Sony’s PlayStation 5 won’t be too far behind in release, arriving on November 12th for North America and Japan while the rest of the world gets it on November 19th. Stay tuned for more details ahead of launch.
