HDR10 Support
Much like the Xbox One S, the Xbox One X will support high dynamic range lighting in its games via the HDR10 standard. HDR10 is essentially the default method for the format and is supported by a wide number of companies. Unfortunately, Microsoft hasn’t confirmed if Dolby Vision – which is Dolby’s standard for HDR – will be supported or not. Regardless, games will have better contrast and look more dynamic with HDR10 support.
