Zelda, New Pokemon Games in Development For Mobiles – Report

Nintendo's ventures in the mobile space continue.

Posted By | On 15th, May. 2017

Following the success of Fire Emblem Heroes (and the so-so revenue from Super Mario Run), it seems that Nintendo will be bringing The Legend of Zelda to mobiles. This is according to sources that spoke to The Wall Street Journal, which also stated that a new Pokemon game was coming from The Pokemon Company.

The Zelda mobile title, in development by DeNA, will apparently arrive after the Animal Crossing mobile title (arriving in the second half of 2017). As of now, there’s no fixed release ate but it’s definitely happening.

As for the new Pokemon game, it will be a card-based title. There isn’t much more information beyond that and Nintendo, DeNA and The Pokemon Company have declined to comment on these reports.

What are your thoughts on another Pokemon game or even Zelda coming to mobile? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information as it arrives.
