5. PlayStation 3
Technically, the PS3 is about to be”antiquated,” with the arrival of the PS4 in November, but is still current gen technology. While there are still going to be some games released on it for a little while after the PS4 debut, developers are going to begin moving to the new hardware if they haven't started already. With some great titles like The Last of Us that just came out and titles like Watch Dogs coming later this year there is still some life left in this console. The PS3 has amassed a superb collection of games since it’s release in November 2006. Even at seven years old, the console can still render amazing graphics. If you've got one it would be a shame to get rid of it at this point. There are plenty of great games on the PS3 that are out there and people will be selling off their old consoles so if you don't have one you should be able to find it cheap.
