Rean Schwarzer, Crow Armbrust, and Millium Orion – The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 4
It is a long journey for Rean Schwarzer but by the end of Trails of Cold Steel 4, he and Class 7 finally defeat Ishmelga. The only problem is that Rean and Valimar have absorbed its power and the curse is now present in the mortal plane. If you don’t fulfil specific requirements, then Rean decides the only way to purge the curse from the world is by going into space.
Of course, he doesn’t go it alone as Crow and Millium accompany him (which is even more tragic given that they don’t have much time left either). Rean promising he’ll see his friends again and being grateful for their time spent together is what really seals the deal. As the trio ascend, only feathers remain and the world is free from the curse.
