Richard Epcar – Kingdom Hearts 2

Ansem represented a certain kind of Big Bad in the first Kingdom Hearts. When you heard him, you knew he was evil but more importantly, he was a big deal. A lot of that is thanks to Billy Zane’s rendition of the character back when Ansem was just the final boss. Of course, with Kingdom Hearts 2, the story became far from more complicated and Zane was replaced by Richard Epcar. To be fair, Epcar was far from the worst change (we’ll get to that later) but Xehanort didn’t have quite as much impact as a villain.
