Even if you can forget the terrible advertising, lackluster gameplay and superior competition at the time, Daikatana’s AI does everything possible to make you suffer. Have fun watching your AI squad-mates get stuck in corners, necessitating dozens of reloads. Enemy AI wasn’t much better but there’s something severely wrong with your game when it takes a fan patch, that too released several years later, to make it “playable.” Not even good but just playable.
