ACE COMBAT ASSAULT HORIZON
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is a divisive game for many reasons, but the one aspect of the entire experience that is more disappointing than anything else is its story. Ace Combat games – at least the mainline ones – always manage to tell captivating stories, at least to some extent, but Assault Horizon completely failed in this area. By virtue of being a non-numbered spinoff entry, expectations from Assault Horizon were obviously lower than usual, but no one could have imagined that it would fail to live up to even those expectations.
