Horizon Machine in Killzone Shadow Fall
Though not technically an Easter egg in Horizon: Zero Dawn, it’s only been confirmed now since the game has been out. If you check around the desk in the beginning of Killzone: Shadow Fall, you’ll see a holographic figure that bears some resemblance to the Corrupter in Horizon. Though he didn’t confirm whether this was the same machine, director Mathijs de Jonge did note that it’s a reference to Horizon while also stating that “The robot did undergo some changes.” Yes, somehow it got even more frightening.
