Deus Ex isn’t getting off easy with us just taking Human Revolution to task. While better than that title which literally asked you to pick your ending with a press of a button, the end of Mankind Divided comes out of nowhere and all too soon, where your ability to save one man changes whether the Human Restoration Act goes through or not. Some shadowy conversation and a reveal of the Illuminati using Jensen later, and we’re left with another cheap, sequel bait ending.
