Who’d have imagined the cosmic horrors inside the USG Ishimura when you board as Isaac Clarke in Dead Space. Gamers were ready for more genre-defining third-person action horror, and Dead Space and its sequels delivered by the bucketload. Deeply atmospheric, limb-flailingly satisfying, with an engrossing sci-fi story containing political intrigue, and interstellar conspiracy.
