Transformers: Devastation
How was PlatinumGames going to make a hack and slash and shooting title work in the Transformers universe? The answer: Very, very well. Employing mechanics like the ability to transform into vehicles during battles, Transformers: Devastation was also noted for its faithfulness to the G1 cartoon. While the camera system and length were panned, and sales are an altogether different story, Transformers: Devastation is still one of the few great titles in the series till date.
