Bethesda Game Studios – Fallout 4
Fallout 4 was announced on June 3rd. To say the community, Bethesda fans, open world fans and any kind of player was excited is an understatement. Years of hype preceded this phase and it was finally here. After Fallout 4 released, though it sold millions upon millions of copies, many fans expressed their disappointment with the game. This wasn’t subtle either – some outright hated the direction, story-telling, quest design and dumbed down gameplay, especially compared to Fallout: New Vegas. Though Bethesda would continue releasing update after update, fixing bugs and adding new features, fans were looking to The Elder Scrolls 6 to satisfy their urge for an open world epic. Well, before Fallout 76 was announced but that’s a different matter.
