Drawn To Death is an arena shooter that was developed by The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency, and before you ask yes that’s the real name of a game studio. Released in 2017, this PlayStation 4 exclusive was set to feature multiplayer mayhem inside the pages of a teenager’s doodling diary. It seemed like something fresh, and to be honest, the art style is definitely worth appreciating on its own terms. But everything surrounding that visual aesthetic was objectively bad right from the sloppy controls to the distasteful humor and lack of compelling game modes. It was obviously criticized for these issues, which led to the game being a commercial failure, and servers for the same were shut down in 2019.
