Marvel’s Avengers (2020)
Marvel’s Avengers is one of the most lucrative properties in all of entertainment, and a game that lets you play as the famous band of heroes should be fun, right? Well, that’s what publisher Square Enix thought when it asked developer Crystal Dynamics to make a live-service game out of the Marvel property. However, an uninteresting loot system, microtransactions, and loads of bugs and glitches made Marvel’s Avengers a big disappointment. Content updates have, well, added more content to the game since release, but none has addressed the biggest issues with the game’s design elements.
