Development for Duke Nukem Forever lasted what seems forever, with the game finally releasing in 2011 after 15 years in the making. Of course, all went to hell since reviews for the game quickly labelled it a big disappointment – thanks to dated visuals, clunky gameplay, and distasteful humor. Duke Nukem Forever is a great example that while more development time is mostly great, it doesn’t always guarantee a good game.
