Vamp Killing Emma, Snake Dilly-Dallying (Metal Gear Solid 2)
During the sequence where Emma is protected by Snake and Raiden, both armed with sniper rifles, Vamp suddenly emerges from the water and takes her hostage. Raiden eventually gets a shot off, though Vamp still stabs Emma before falling into the water. This begs the question – the hell was Snake doing, especially since he’s BEHIND Vamp the entire time? Why not, you know, shoot Vamp first?
