The Horizon games have a very distinct visual identity, and a lot of that is down to how overgrown most environments in these games look. Foliage density was impressive in Zero Dawn already, and in Forbidden West, it’s been taken to yet another level. From dense forests to overgrowths on the ground to the way vines creep up ruined structures, the level of detail exhibited in this area remains impressive throughout the experience.
