8. No Man’s Sky
“A procedurally generated universe where everyone starts on a different planet and has a space ship.” That’s the pitch for No Man’s Sky, Hello Games’ ridiculously ambitious space adventure game. It sounds pretty awesome: a shared universe of infinite possibilities, full of planets with their own unique flora and fauna, each one just waiting to be explored. All that, plus awesome space combat? Sign me up! Now all we have to do is wait and see if Hello Games can deliver on all that ambition.
