REDFALL
An open world shooter where you play as vampire hunters, made by the studio behind Dishonored and Prey? Based on the elevator pitch alone, Redfall sounded like an incredibly promising idea, but the game itself turned out to be yet another example of a famed single-player studio letting itself down by chasing live service multiplayer trends. There’s no two ways about it- Redfall is a bad game, not only because it fails a the things that an Arkane game should be good at, but also because it doesn’t even do the new things that it’s trying to do anywhere close to as well as it should be doing them.
