Nothing was more cinematic in the 90s gaming landscape than Metal Gear Solid. The opening sucked us right into the action as Solid Snake covertly sneaks through Shadow Moses Island from a submersible; and it was all shot with an amazing score and some truly memorable voice talent. It was crystal clear right from the beginning just how special the Metal Gear Solid series was shaping up to be.
