A strange being found in Chocobo’s Air Garden, Ozma is described as “unknowable, untouchable, and unattainable”. Along with several powerful attacks like Meteor (which has a chance to one hit kill your entire party) and Death (which, well, inflicts death), Ozma’s behavior changes depending on whether its turn is an even or odd number. Its ATB bar can fill up if any command is directed at it; it counter-attacks regularly; and some of its attacks are based on whether a party member’s level is a multiple of 4 or 5.
